Soccer: Kobayashi moving to MLS club Vancouver


Soccer: Kobayashi moving to MLS club VancouverMuch-traveled midfielder Daigo Kobayashi is joining U.S. Major League Soccer club the Vancouver Whitecaps from Shimizu S-Pulse, Shimizu said Thursday.

The 29-year-old Kobayashi joined then first division Tokyo Verdy in 2000 and then moved to Omiya Ardija before spells in Norway at Stabak and Greece at Iraklis Thessaloniki.
