On Monday, it opened the doors of a new office at another location in the city, which is outside the Futaba district.
The move comes as a growing number of companies prepare to open or restart operations in the area now that the evacuation order is under review.
The center's 5-member staff publishes job offers made by companies and accepts applications for employment insurance benefits and corporate subsidies for disaster survivors.
The center says that as of March 31st, it had 105 new job offers.
Center head Tatsuo Sugioka says he expects the job situation to improve steadily as infrastructure is rebuilt in the Futaba district.
